The Meizu PANDAER 67W GaN power adapter has been released in China. The adapter is equipped with super-sensing and stable connection technology 2.0 and is available in two color options. The PANDAER 67W GaN power adapter, according to the company’s official Weibo account, is equipped with super-sensing and stable connection technology 2.0. When any output port supplies power to multiple devices, any additional connection will not affect the charging of other devices.
The adapter is equipped with super-sensing
intelligent distribution 3.0 technology for optimal and efficient allocation.
The technology can allocate the best charging power according to the power
demand of the connected devices. It can also match the Super mCharge private
protocol of the Meizu 20 series, and support fast charging protocols including
PD, QC 3.0, PPD, and SCP. The maximum output of the GaN power adapter is 67W
and the model will compete with several higher-power models.
The power adapter comes with a robust
safety architecture that safeguards connected devices. PANDAER has equipped the
67W GaN gearbox tidal charging source adapter with 6-fold power safety
protection including over-current protection, over-voltage protection,
short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, low electromagnetic
interference, and anti-static interference.
The Meizu PANDAER 67W GaN power adapter
can be purchased in China from e-commerce platforms like JD.com. The retail
price of the product is 219 yuan (US$ 32). The power adapter could make its way
into overseas markets subsequently. It remains to be seen how the new Meizu
PANDAER 67W GaN adapter will be received in the local market. There are several
models with a higher output and similar pricing as the model.
