Poco F4 debuted last year, arguably as one of the best value-for-money smartphones. Now, it’s about time we get its successor— the Poco F5. While there’s no official confirmation from the brand, the handset has been making rounds on various certification sites. The new Poco smartphone may launch pretty soon as according to a new report, it is already in production in Europe and Asia.
Noted Tipster Mukul Sharma says the serial
production of the POCO F5 5G has begun in several European and Asian countries.
This should mean that the handset will launch in various markets in a month or
two. Sharma says F5 has also bagged TUV Rheinland certification. It is a
certificate that recognizes a product’s compliance with safety standards.
Some reports claim the upcoming Poco F5
will debut as a rebranded Redmi K60, while others go as far as to suggest the
handset doesn’t exist. We can’t be sure about any of them. This year Poco is
also expected to launch a Poco F5 Pro, which is also rumored to be a rebranded
K60. More information is needed before any conclusion can be made. Meanwhile,
let’s check out Redmi K60’s specs.
