The upcoming Oppo Find X6 series has been in the rumor mill for a good while now and so far we’ve seen fairly detailed specs and renders of the devices but we now have our first real-world images of the Find X6.
A test device was spotted by Weibo users
giving us a glimpse of its design and it seems the renders were correct. The
Find X6 sports a curved screen with a small punch-hole cutout for its selfie
camera while the back houses a massive rectangular camera island. The camera
island is so big that it tilts the phone when it's laid down on a flat service.
Based on the most recent leaked specs,
Oppo Find X6 Pro will bring a 50 MP main camera with a 1” type Sony IMX989
sensor and 23mm equivalent focal length. We’re also expecting a 50MP ultrawide
module (IMX 890) and an IMX 766 or IMX 890 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
Find X6 is expected to bring a 50MP Sony
IMX890 with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS alongside unconfirmed 50MP ultrawide and
50MP telephoto modules. Elsewhere, the Find X6 Pro is rumored to launch with
the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 while the vanilla Find X6 will get the SD 8+ Gen 1
chipset.
