vivo has expanded its Y series with the unveiling of the vivo Y52t. It is powered by the Dimensity 700 SoC, packs a 6.51" HD+ LCD, and runs Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean out of the box. The vivo Y52t has 8GB RAM and two storage options - 128GB and 256GB. It also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB.
For photography, the vivo Y52t comes with
three cameras in tow - an 8MP selfie shooter on the front and a 13MP primary
camera on the rear joined by a 2MP macro unit. Fueling the entire package is a
5,000 mAh battery charged through a USB-C port at up to 10W. The rest of the
vivo Y52t's highlights include a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint
reader, and 5G connectivity.
The vivo Y52t has three color options, and
it will go on sale in China starting September 19 through vivo's official
website. The 8GB/128GB version is priced at CNY 1,399 (US$ 200/€ 200) and the
8GB/256GB model at CNY 1,599 (US$ 230/€ 230). However, there's a limited-time
discount of CNY 100 (US$ 15/€ 15) on both variants.
