Tecno introduced the Camon 19 Pro in India last month in Cedar Green and Eco Black colors, and the company recently announced it would soon launch the Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition in India, which flaunts a color-changing rear panel. Tecno hasn't revealed the Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition's India launch date yet, but a reliable source has told us this color-changing smartphone will debut in the Asian country next week.
We are also told that the Tecno Camon 19
Pro Mondrian Edition is expected to be priced under INR 20,000 (US$ 250/€ 250) in
India, which is surprising since the regular model was launched at INR 21,999
(US$ 275/€ 275) with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage - the same memory configuration the
Mondrian Edition will come with. The Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition is being
touted as India's first multi-color changing smartphone, and the promo page on
Amazon.in re-confirms it will share specs with the regular models despite the
cosmetic changes.
That means the Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian
Edition will come with a 6.8" 120Hz FullHD+ screen, 5,000 mAh battery, and
33W charging. The triple camera setup on the rear will be headlined by a 64MP
RGBW camera (with OIS), joined by a 50MP telephoto unit. There's no mention of
the processor on Amazon's page, but we know the Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian
Edition will be powered by the Helio G96 SoC.
