It is no secret that the vivo V25 series is headed to India with an official launch already set for August 17. Up until now, we had heard about a vanilla vivo V25 and a vivo V25 Pro. According to a new leak, the two might be joined by a third model - the vivo V25e.
The leak features live photos of very
similar-looking phones in a pair of colors labeled as the vivo V25 and the
V25e. This suggests that the V25e will share the design of the vanilla.
Allegedly it will be the lowest-tier of the bunch, with a 6.44-inch AMOLED
FullHD+ display, Snapdragon 720G 4G chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of
expandable storage, a 4,500 mAh battery, 64MP main snapper and 8MP ultrawide
and a 44MP selfie. These are all rumored specs, though. The leak also adds that
the V25e will be available in Orange and Black colors and will be coming to
global markets alongside the vanilla vivo V25.
That is potentially big news since an
India market launch is all that has been confirmed thus far. Speaking of the
vanilla V25, the source claims it will be available in Sunshine Gold and
Diamond Black, the first of which potentially with a color-shifting finish. We
currently believe the regular vivo V25 will also sport a FullHD+ AMOLED
display, likely with the same diagonal. Also, a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset,
8GB of RAM, a 64MP main camera with OIS and an ultrawide and depth sensor.
Plus, 44W fast charging.
As for the vivo V25 Pro, the company has
already teased its design, confirming a "magical" color-changing
back. According to previous leaks and rumors, the phone will sport a Dimensity
1300 chipset, three rear cameras, of which the primary is a 64 MP unit with OIS
and Super Night Mode supported. A 32 MP Eye AF selfie camera will be on the
front, while the display's refresh rate is 120 Hz. The vivo V25 Pro will have a
4,830 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
