Nubia has just announced a new limited edition smartphone from its Red Magic 7S series of flagship smartphones. The new model is dubbed the Red Magic 7S Pro Bumblebee Special Edition, which features a design inspired by the iconic Transformer character.
As the name suggests, the latest special
edition of the smartphone features a design inspired by the Transformers series
character, Bumblebee. In other words, it sports a primarily yellow color design
with black racing decals. Apart from this, there are also other details that
are inspired by Transformers series. A notable example is the inclusion of the
Autobots (a faction in the series) logo.
While the external design is quite unique,
there have also been changes made to the UI aspect of the smartphone. The Red
Magic 7S Pro Bumblebee Special Edition arrives with a new theme to better match
the aesthetic. Furthermore, it also comes with a new packaging box that
includes an Autobot protective cover, an attachable external fan for better
cooling, as well as some other accessories as well. Despite featuring various
changes to the external and software aspects of the smartphone, the handset is
still a regular Red Magic 7S Pro under the hood.
It is equipped with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC that is paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The device sports a 6.8 inch AMOLED display that has a FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. On the rear, it features a 64 megapixel triple camera setup. The smartphone is powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 135W fast charging as well. The new model is priced at 6,499 Yuan (US$ 962) and is currently available for purchase in China.
