Samsung M8 4K Smart Monitor was announced last March 2022, but it officially entered the Philippine market this time. To recap, it is a 32-inch flat-type screen with 4K 3840 x 2160 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 16:9 aspect ratio, 3000:1 contrast ratio, HDR 10+ support, 400 nits brightness, and 99 percent sRGB coverage. Aside from those, you get wireless Samsung DeX connectivity, built-in AirPlay, and capabilities for remote PC access. Two 5W speakers are built-in, and Samsung also added a detachable 1080p SlimFit rotatable camera. There's also a remote control included so you can navigate on it.
Its ports are 2x USB-C that can be used
either for display connection, data transfer, and 65W charging. Additionally,
it also has a micro-HDMI 2.0 port, Bluetooth 4.2, and WiFi 5. The smart monitor
also runs Tizen OS similarly found on other Samsung Smart TVs which means it
can work as standalone television as it has preinstalled popular streaming apps
like Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, and Samsung TV Plus.
