Realme is apparently working on a new entry for its smartwatch series. The new Realme Watch 3 is set to launch soon, but prior to any official announcement, the smart wearable has been spotted on FCC certification website.
According to a MySmartPrice report, the
upcoming smartwatch from the Chinese smartphone maker was spotted on FCC, which
hints that the Realme Watch 3’s launch is imminent. Since its been around a
year since the brand launched a new smartwatch, the new entry should be right
around the corner. Based on the FCC database, the smartwatch will carry the
RMW2108 model number and will have a square shape display that has rounded
corners.
Furthermore, the Watch 3 will also be
powered by a battery pack that is slightly larger than its previous iteration.
The FCC listing reveals a 340mAh battery pack, which is bigger than the 310mAh
battery on the predecessor that offered up to 12 days of battery life. In other
words, we can expect to see a longer battery life in the newer Watch 3 model.
So far, the smartwatch has already been spotted on multiple certification
websites.
Meaning, its launch should be edging
closer. It was even listed on BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), so its clearly
planned to release in the Indian market as well. Other sightings include the
IMDA and SIRIM Malaysia certification websites. So stick around for more, as we
will be providing updates since more details should surface in the near future.
