Chinese tech company Meizu earlier in January teamed up with Elvis XOG to launch the PANDAER×Elvis XOG Unicorn Cyber Speaker with an amazing design. The product was well-received by fans of the brand and that may have triggered the company to release yet another product under the partnership. The new product is dubbed Meizu PANDAER×Elvis XOG Platinum Starship Headphones and is a pair of True wireless earbuds with a unique design that extends to the charging case.
The Meizu PANDAER×Elvis XOG Platinum
Starship Headphones inherit the original futuristic sci-fi design of XOG
headphones, including starship design, a universal white porcelain-painted
enamel texture cover. The carry case also utilizes a slide design making it
easy for it to be slid open with just one hand.
The headset also incorporates the
characteristic elements of PANDAER, presenting a new color language through a
design that echoes inside and outside with orange and white color matching. In terms of configuration, the PANDAER×Elvis
XOG Platinum Starship Headphones feature a built-in 12mm moving coil unit
paired with a composite titanium membrane to create immersive sound quality in
semi-in-ear headphones. Meizu’s acoustic joint tuning makes the treble
transparent and layered, and the bass surging and more agile. The earbuds also
feature support for 3 modes and 8 kinds of EQ that users can adjust at will.
In terms of battery life, the Meizu
PANDAER×XOG earphones each have a single battery life of 5 hours, and a total
battery life of 20 hours when used with the charging compartment, which can be
fully charged in 2 hours. The Meizu PANDAER×XOG Platinum Starship headphones
start at 389 yuan (US$ 58) in China. The price will go up to 439 yuan (US$ 65)
later on.
