Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro

The Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro comes in two sizes – 46 mm (titanium) and 43 mm (ceramic). They have 1.43” and 1.32” AMOLED displays, respectively. The larger model promises up to 14 days of battery life with typical usage (8 days for heavy users), the smaller one should last 7 days (4 days with heavy use). Charge speed has been increased by 30% and a 10 minute top up should be enough to last you the full day. Water resistance numbers tend to be deceptive and most smartwatches are not suitable for diving. This one is, however, as it is rated for free diving up to 30m and has several functions to help you train.

The GT 3 Pro is also usable as a golf watch as it has maps for 300+ golf courses pre-loaded. In total, there are over a 100 sports modes of which 18 modes are labeled “professional”. The watch has an ECG sensor on board, which provides much more heart data than a typical heart rate sensor. There is also a blood-oxygen monitor and a thermometer, the watch also features sleep and stress tracking. The watch runs HarmonyOS, of course, and features NFC for the typical mobile payment use cases, but with the right vehicle it can also double as your car key as well.

The Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro (46 mm, titanium) starts at CNY 2,500 (US$ 380/€ 360/₹ 29,000). It has a sapphire glass and a ceramic back. The 43 mm ceramic version starts at CNY 3,000 (US$ 455/€ 430/₹ 35,000) and also has sapphire glass. You can get either a leather strap (calfskin) or a ceramic bracelet.
