Recent reports have revealed that Micromax is working on a new smartphone called the Micromax In 2c. The device is expected to replace the Micromax In 2b from last year. Today, the company confirmed that it will be announcing the smartphone on April 26. Ahead of the launch, its landing page has gone live on Flipkart.

and key features of the Micromax In 2c. The device will sport a waterdrop notch
display of 6.52 inches. The official images show that the device has a thick
chin and a dual-camera setup on the back. The official page further confirms
that it will be powered by the Unisoc T610 chip and a 5,000mAh battery. The
device will be available in Silver and Brown colors.

In 2c offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 420
nits of brightness, and an 89 percent screen space. It has a 5-megapixel camera
on the front for selfies. The rear camera array of the device has an
8-megapixel primary camera and a VGA sensor. The Micromax In 2c’s 6.52-inch LCD
display has an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 420
nits of brightness, and an 89 percent screen space. It has a 5-megapixel camera
on the front for selfies. The back of the phone has an 8-megapixel main camera
and a VGA sensor.
The Unisoc T610 chipset will be coupled
with 4 GB / 6 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Both variants will be equipped with 64 GB of
eMMC 5.1 built-in storage. For additional storage, the device will arrive with
a microSD card slot.
The 5,000mAh battery of the device
supports a 10W charging speed. It offers 16 hours of video streaming and 50
hours of talk time. The device offers other features such as the Android 11 OS,
a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It lacks a fingerprint scanner. The
handset may carry a sub-Rs 10,000 price tag.
