Three unreleased Apple devices have been certified by the Russia-based EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission) regulator. Those carry the identifiers A2595, A2783, and A2784 - likely the third-gen iPhone SE (to be called SE+ 5G), and A2588, A2589, A2591, A2696, A2757, A2759, A2761, A2766, and A2777 - expected to be the fifth-gen Apple iPad Air.
This rumor fits nicely with a recent
report that the next iPad Air will come alongside the new iPhone SE. The iPhone
SE+ 5G will likely retain its ancient look with a 4.7-inch display and Touch ID
home button, but will gain the A15 Bionic chip from the iPhone 13 series, and
5G connectivity. The iPad Air (2022) will also adopt the A15 Bionic chip, the
12MP ultrawide front camera with Center Stage support from the latest iPad
mini, and 5G for the connectivity model.
The third-gen iPhone SE and fifth-gen iPad
Air are expected to arrive this Spring.
