The TicWatch GTK smartwatch has just been launched in China. The new wearable is currently listed on popular Chinese e-retail websites and is currently available for pre-bookings.
The new GTK smartwatch from the brand
features a metallic body with a circular dial design with a 1.3 inch HD colored
display. This panel also supports more than 100 personalized watch faces as
well, so one can choose and put of faces based on their preference. Looking at
the design of this smartwatch, it is clear the TicWatch was going for a
minimalist design that appeals to both sporty and business professional users
as well.
Furthermore, the wearable arrives with
support for up to 14 professional sports modes as well, with the smartwatch
being capable of monitoring the users’ heart rates in real time. Through
accurate heart rate mapping and AI, the GTK watch can even offer data to ensure
that the exercise is most effective. Interestingly, the GTK features 5ATM
waterproofing rating, so it can even be worn into a swimming pool and can withstand
being under water as well.
The smartwatch arrives with Bluetooth 5.0
and offers integration with WeChat, phones calls, and other essential functions
from its paired smartphone. TicWatch claims that the new GTK watch can last for
up to 7 to 10 days with normal use. The smartwatch is currently listed for an
introductory price of 199 Yuan (roughly 31 US Dollars) on JD.com, although, its
original pricing is 299 Yuan (roughly 47 US Dollars).
