Lenovo recently held the YOGA x Xiaoxin spring product launch event in China where a series of products were released. Apart from the array of notebooks that made their entry, the company also announced a number of accessories. One of them is the YOGA CC65 Dual Port GaN Charger. Lenovo has now silently unveiled a higher model dubbed the YOGA CC130.
The Lenovo YOGA CC130 uses a design
similar to the YOGA CC65. However, the maximum output power on this model peaks
at 130W, twice that of the YOGA CC65. The charging adapter comes in black and
white colors. The YOGA CC130 charger is equipped with two USB-C ports of which
a single port outputs a maximum power of 100W. On the other hand, the charger
outputs a cumulative power of 130W when the two ports are in use. This makes it
suitable for charging mobile phones and laptops at the same time.
For reference, the YOGA CC65 charger also
features a dual USB-C interface design. The YOGA CC65 charger is equipped with
two USB-C ports. The first port supports a maximum output of 18W while the
second USB-C port supports a maximum output of 65W. Thus, the dual ports
simultaneously use a maximum of 18W+45W. The YOGA CC65 charger adopts the GaN
fast charging technology, which brings lower power conversion loss and
temperature control level. The charger also has a volume of 0.075L and a weight
of 103g. This 130W model equally adopts GaN technology.
Lenovo is yet to release the price and
availability details of the YOGA CC130. However, we expect the model to be
affordable. The YOGA CC65 carries a 119 yuan (US$ 18) price tag. So, this model
won’t be too expensive. We’ll keep you posted when the price and availability
details are made public.
