At the YOGA×Xiaoxin launch event in China, Lenovo has launched a couple of new devices under its YOGA series — YOGA 5G and YOGA Duet 2021. The YOGA 5G debuts as the world’s first 5G personal computer with a SIM card plugged in.
The Lenovo YOGA Duet 2021 is a two-in-one
notebook that supports a variety of form-factor switching, giving more
convenient access to users. It enables multiple modes on a single device,
aiming to meet almost all the requirements from users.
The device can be used as a tablet when
the keyboard is removed and can be easily used for media consumption. When the
keyboard is attached to the device, it transforms into a laptop, handling all
the work-related tasks. It can also be used with a 4096-level pressure-sensitive
stylus to convert it to a studio mode.
As for the specifications, it features a
13-inch IPS touch screen display that offers a 16:10 aspect ratio and a screen
resolution of 2160 x 1350 pixels. The screen also comes with support for
450nits brightness, 100% sRGB high color gamut, low blue light Rhine
certification, DC Dimming, and more.
It is powered by the Intel Core i5 113567
processor, coupled with 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. The device comes packed with
a 41Wh 4-cell battery that is claimed to provide a battery life of about 13
hours. The Lenovo YOGA Duet 2021 comes in Space Gray color option and is priced
at 6,999 yuan, approximately US$ 1,077. However, during the initial sales, the
device will be available for purchase at 6,499 yuan, which is about US$ 1,000. It
will go on sale in China from 1st May.
