This is an upgraded version of the model that was announced last year. It has a 14” 1080p 60Hz screen with the option for a touch screen model with higher brightness. There is 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of eMMC storage. It has a MicroSD card slot, so you can add extra storage. The chipset is a MediaTek MT8183, the same inside the Lenovo Chromebook Duet tablet.
For ports, the IdeaPad 3 CB 14M836 has a
USB-C port for charging (supports Power Delivery 2.0) and it also doubles as a
display port to connect it to a monitor. There is also a full-sized USB-A port
and an audio jack. There are speakers flanking the keyboard on each side and
you get a 720p webcam with a privacy shutter. It has a 42Whr battery that is
expected to last up to 16 hours on a single charge and it comes with a 45W
USB-C charger.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 CB 14M836 will come
in Abyss Blue and Arctic Grey and both have a pretty nice two-tone finish.
