Earlier this year, the Honor V40 series was launched, which arrives as the company’s first flagship handset since its independence from its former parent firm Huawei. Now, a new leak has revealed the supposed specifications for an upcoming premium grade device from the brand that is the Honor 50 Pro+.
According to a new leak from Master Lu on
Weibo, a Chinese microblogging website, the device will arrive with top notch
specifications. On the social media post, multiple images of a supposed spec
sheet was shared. This revealed that the device will arrives with a 6.79 inch
display that supports 2K resolution and 120Hz high refresh rate. On the front,
a dual punch hole selfie camera would also be found. Under the hood, the Honor
50 Pro+ features LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
This smartphone will be powered by a large
4,400mAh battery pack that supports 66W fast charging and 50W wireless
charging. This device will also arrive with IP68 water and dust proof.
Furthermore, the handset will also feature Qualcomm’s high end Snapdragon 888
processor as well. For photography, the high end Honor 50 series smartphone
will feature a quad camera module on the read, with a 50 megapixel primary
sensor paired with a 13 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, 8 megapixel telephoto
camera and another ToF lensHonor
On the front, the dual punch hole camera
will house a 32 megapixel primary selfie shooter and another 8 megapixel sensor
as well. Unfortunately, this is still an unconfirmed report so take it with a pinch
of salt for now. The upcoming flagship series is set to be announced in May
