Xiaomi MIIIW Wireless Silent Mouse

Xiaomi runs a crowdfunding website called Youpin in China. The company sells all kinds of products on this platform. Most of the products sold on this website are from small Chinese startups that part of Xiaomi’s ecological chain. That said, the world’s third-largest smartphone maker has now put up new a product called ‘MIIIW Wireless Silent Mouse’ on Youpin. The newly launched MIIIW Wireless Silent Mouse features a compact design with textures on the sides for grip. It comes in two colors namely White and Black with a red accent.

As the name suggests, the mouse sports four silent buttons that produce clicking sounds which fall around 30-40dB. The four buttons are nothing but the standard left, right, scroll wheel, and an additional key to change between different DPI modes. Talking about DPI, the latest MIIIW mouse supports 800 DPI, 1200 DPI, and 1600 DPI respectively.  In other words, it’s good enough for day to day activities and for some light gaming sessions.

There’s also a red LED indicator, which not only indicates the DPI mode selected but also when the 2 x AAA batteries that power the mouse are running low. Last but not least, this wireless mouse operates via 2.4GHz connectivity (USB dongle) and it is compatible with computers running Windows 10 and macOS 10.10 or newer.

The MIIIW Wireless Silent Mouse is priced at 49 yuan (US$ 7) but it is currently being sold for 39 yuan (US$ 6) for a limited time.
