Xiaomi revealed that it will be launching a 108MP smartphone in India on January 5. This handset is expected to be called Mi 10i, which is nothing but a rebranded Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. Ahead of this phone’s formal announcement, its official color names, as well as memory variants, have emerged on social media.
Earlier this month, the memory variants
and colors of Mi 10i were already tipped by popular Indian leakster Ishan
Agarwal. However, he did not reveal the proper names. But now, thanks to a
Twitter user called @Iamnil7 (Indranil Chakraborty), we know the official color
names.
As per a screenshot shared by this
particular user, the forthcoming Mi 10i will be available in the following color
variants and memory configurations in India.
Xiaomi Mi 10i Colors
- Midnight Black
- Pacific Sunrise
- Atlantic Blue
Xiaomi Mi 10i Memory Variants
- 6GB + 128GB
- 8GB + 128GB
This means Xiaomi will be not launching
the 8GB + 256GB variant of this device, which is sold in China. But it makes
sense as the Mi 10T Lite (same smartphone with 64MP camera) also does come in
this configuration.
But anyway, all the regions get the same
paint job, however, they are known by different names. In China, the
above-mentioned colors are called Silent Sky, Lake Light and Autumn Scenery,
and Blue Sea and Starts. Whereas, in Europe, they are called Pearl Gray, Rose
Gold Beach, and Atlantic Blue.
