The Nokia 5.4 is on its way, as the phone has already been certified by FCC. While the existence of the phone is yet to be officially confirmed by HMD Global, we now get the full specs sheet of the device. Apparently, the new Nokia phone will be a pretty affordable midranger with some borderline entry-level specs like the display and the chipset.
Nokia 5.4 is expected to run on the
Snapdragon 662 chipset, and we already know it will have 4GB RAM and 128GB of
storage; the leaked specs sheet also shows a microSD slot for up to 256GB more
space. The front panel will be a 6.39” LCD with 720p resolution. The selfie
camera will have a 16MP sensor, and while we don’t know where it will be
positioned, one rumor claimed it will sit inside a punch hole. Speaking about
cameras, there will be four of them on the back - a 4 MP main one, a 5MP
ultrawide-angle shooter, and two 2MP units.
The battery of the Nokia 5.4 is going to
be 4,000 mAh, but since the chipset does not support more than Quick Charge 3,
it will top up with no more than 18W rates. At least the phone will have a
USB-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
