Huawei Consumer BG today teased that the company will soon launch the MateBook 14 2020 with AMD 4000 H-Series in the Philippines. Huawei shared that the new notebook will go official in the country on Friday, October 9, 2020, at 4PM as a part of its "1+8+n" ecosystem strategy.
To recall, the laptop was
first introduced in China last August. It boasts an ultra-slim design at 15.9
mm, a touchscreen 14-inch 2K FullView 3:2 screen, and the new 7nm AMD Ryzen
4000 H-Series mobile processors. Likely, it'll be available in either Ryzen 5
4600H or the Ryzen 7 4800H with Vega 7 GPU.
This laptop also has its own
Huawei Shark Fin cooling system, up to 16GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, 56WHr
battery, USB-C 65W fast charger, and Huawei Share. It is also lightweight
weighing at just 1.49 kg. In Europe, MateBook 14 starts at EUR 849 or around
PHP 48K out of straight conversion. Normally, EUR pricing is higher than PH
pricing.
Aside from the new MateBook
14, Huawei also announced that the MatePad T 10s will officially start its
offline sale on the same date.
