After launching tempered glass screen
protector for the Redmi Note 8 Pro, and Redmi Note 8, the company has finally
launched its Mi Protective Glass for the Redmi Note 9 and Redmi Note 9 Pro
smartphones in the country. Xiaomi says that the Mi Protective Glass is made in
association with Corning.
Comprising of multiple layers that include
an oleophobic coating, Xiaomi claims a 5X protection improvement over local
soda lime tempered glass. It offers high visibility for full clarity and colour
and is rated with 9H hardness. The 0.4mm ultra-thin glass features silicon
adhesive for bubble-free installation. The 2.5D edges will offer smooth touch
experience.
