LG
electronics first introduced the 17 inch variant of the LG Gram last year with
the success of the product leading to almost 25% of LG Gram sales in 2019. Now,
for 2020, LG is updating their Gram 17 with the latest 10th Intel processors
and a bigger battery, among other changes.
The
laptop is said to come with a 17 inch screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600,
with a vertical length that’s 3mm less than last year. The laptop will have
increased battery size at 80WH compared to the 72Watt hour and will weigh total
of 1.35 Kilos.
The
laptop will have extra slots to upgrade the RAM and storage and the keyboard
numpad now comes with 4 columns compared to the 3 columns on the 2019 model. LG
has also built the laptop to be durable with MIL-STD rating for impact, dust,
high temperature, low temperature, vibration, salt and low pressure resistance. The laptop is currently only being
released in Korea for a price of 2.12 million won (US$ 1,780)
