Small form factor computer manufacturer Shuttle has
introduced a new addition to their range in the form of a new all-in-one mini
PC in the form of the Shuttle P51U XPC. The Whiskey Lake-based all-in-one PC Is
equipped with a 15.6″ capacitive touchscreen and features an IP54-certified
front panel offering users full HD resolutions together with an energy-saving
Intel Celeron 4205U dual-core processor.
Measuring just 39.3 w × 27.3 h × 4.0 d cm in size
the small form factor computer can be used for a wide variety of different
applications from home entertainment systems to point-of-sale engagement. The
small mini PC can be used in battery mode for several hours before needing a
recharge and is equipped with a passive cooling system providing low
maintenance, silent operation.
Powered by an Intel Celeron 4205U processor, the
dual-core unit clocks at 2×1.8 GHz and is supported by a HD Graphics 610
graphics chip, together with the ability to install up to 32 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM
memory thanks to the two upgradable RAM slots.
The Shuttle P51U XPC all-in-one mini PC will first
be rolling out throughout Europe priced at € 422, and additional systems
offering a range of Intel core options may be made available at a later date.
The mini PC provides space for one 2.5-inch drive (HDD/SSD) and one NVMe SSD in
the M.2 format, and also features a webcam, microphone, speaker, WLAN ac,
Bluetooth and Gigabit Ethernet are already integrated. With 6 x USB ports on
the outside and 1 x USB port internally, a card reader and two COM ports round
out the P51U’s great connectivity. Shuttle has also made it possible to connect
a further two displays via the HDMI and VGA ports.
