It has been rumoured this week that Nikon maybe
gearing up to reveal a new addition to its range of mirrorless cameras
providing a more affordable alternative to the already available Nikon Z6 and a
Nikon Z7 cameras. The new Nikon Z50 mirrorless APS-C model (Code name N1912) is
rumoured to be equipped with a 20 megapixel sensor articulating three-inch
screen and an electronic viewfinder.
Capable of capturing 11 frames per second with a
choice of lenses expected to be made available both separately and as a bundle,
taking the form of the 16-55mm f/3.5-6.3 kit-type lens and a 50-230mm f/4.5-6.3
telephoto zoom lens.
