LG just announced Tone+ Free (HBS-PFL7), the
company’s first wireless earbuds in Korea after introducing neckband Bluetooth
headsets for the past several years. This has rich signal processing technology
and advanced tuning technology (EQ, Equalizer) from audio manufacturer
‘Meridian Audio’ for rich bass, clear mid and highs, and offers
three-dimensional sound. It also reduces digital noise, minimizing distortion.
The earphones have ‘UVnano’ coating to prevent it
from ultraviolet rays. It has a normal microphone for voice and noise-canceling
microphone as well. It recognizes and analyzes the voice and noise coming from
each microphone, and then removes the noise, offering a clearer voice to the
caller. The earbuds have IPX4 ratings to protect it from sweat and light rain.
The touch pad on both the earphones lets you control
call, music playback and also launch ‘Google Assistant’. You can hold down the
‘Touch Pad’ and say “Call Mom”, “Let me know my schedule today” and more.
The ergonomic semi-open design ensures a secure fit.
Even if worn for a long time, it will be comfortable, says LG. It supports fast
charging, allowing you to listen to music for up to one hour with just five
minutes of charging. When fully charged, it will offer six hours of playback.
The LG Tone+ Free comes in Black and White colors,
is priced at 259000 won (US$ 216) and will go on sale
starting from Korea from October 28th,
with pre-orders starting today, October 1st.
