Xiaomi held a press
conference in China today where it released the Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G, Xiaomi Mi
MIX Alpha, MIUI 11 and Xiaomi Mi TV Pro. These devices may be the highlight of
the event but they were not the only devices to touch down today. The company
also released the Xiaomi Mi powerbank 3 as well as a vertical air-cooled 30W
wireless charger.
The Xiaomi Mi Powerbank 3 comes with a 20,000 mAh
capacity and it also supports Xiaomi super flash charging. It is compatible
with mainstream digital devices and it can charge three devices at the same
time. Interestingly, it can power a low-power notebook and two mobile phones
simultaneously. This powerbank is selling for only 299 yuan (US$ 42).
The Xiaomi vertical air-cooled wireless charging
output power is up to 30W. This device is compatible with Qi-standard. It comes
with a new air duct design without the coil. This directly takes away the heat
and the dissipation efficiency is higher and more secure. It is worth
mentioning that the vertical air-cooled wireless charger also has an ergonomic
tilt design. Finally, this device is selling for 199 yuan (US$ 28).
