Huawei Philippines just introduced a new ecosystem
product that could be perfect for Huawei mobile phone users, the Huawei
Back-up. Huawei Back-up is a plug and play storage solution that will allow
you to easily backup your files even while charging.
It features a stylish yet durable-looking plastic
body with geometric shape, grey fabric on top, anti-skid bottom, and IP54 daily
water and splash resistance. It also has a clever compartment above the anti-skid bottom where you
can easily hide the TPE USB-C cable for convenient storage.
Huawei Back-up comes with true 1TB storage that will
allow you to store a lot of photos, videos, apps, games, music, movies, and
other important files such as documents and office files. To use the storage solution, all
you need to do is plug your Huawei phone (running on EMUI 9.0 and above) to
automatically backup your files without the need of any app installation. Huawei claimed that it can store
300,000 HD photos or 3,000 HD videos. It also comes with a 30 to 130 MB/s
transfer speed which is equivalent to 10 photos in 1 second.
The storage solution also goes with an option where
you can manually select the files you want to backup. You can also access the
Huawei Back-up in the file manager app of your Huawei device. While it is backing up, you can
still use the phone freely.
If you have a laptop with USB-C port, you can easily
transfer the files you stored in the Huawei Back-up. It works for PCs running
with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and macOS. For charging, it is compatible
with 5V/2A or 9V/2A Huawei quick charger chargers and 5V/4.5A Huawei SuperCharge
chargers. While backing It measures at 135 x 29 mm and
weights at 270 grams.
