Ulefone Armor 6 was the latest flagship from the
Chinese manufacturer. That was until the all-new Armor 6E was announced
bringing a substantial upgrade. So, the Armor 6E is finally out worldwide as it
went on pre-sale over at Banggood for a special price of US$ 199.99 during the
presale period. That’s a US$ 100 cut over the official retail price and it can be
considered a bargain thanks to its overall specs.
The company kept its word as they had promised a May
release and here we are. As far as specs are concerned, the Armor 6E retains
the same design as its predecessor but the specs are upgraded at a great
extent. For starters, it comes with the Helio P70 SoC instead of P60 that is
kinda outdated. The CPU frequency is raised from 2.0GHz to 2.1GHz, and the AI
processing capability is also greatly improved. Also, it packs 4GB of RAM and
64GB of storage, enough for everyday use.
In addition, the IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810G have
become a standard in Ulefone phones and Armor 6E is no exception. It offers a
6.2″ FHD+ notch display with Gorilla Glass 5 on top while there is a dual rear
camera with 16MP/2MP configuration, an 8MP front selfie shooter, 5000mAh
battery with Qi 10W wireless charging, USB Type-C port, face and fingerprint
unlock, OTG, NFC with Google Pay, global frequency bands, and stock Android 9
Pie. By the way, Armor 6E adds an extra 4G band (Band 66) which means that support
for North America networks is even better now.
Starting today, Ulefone Armor 6E will be available
on Banggood for just US$ 199.99 for the first 3000 units. The promotion will be
valid until May 12th. Also, free accessories will be available during the same
period.
