A new wrist worn timepiece has been created and
constructive using zero prefabricated parts. The unique movement within the
JW-EX mechanical designer watch offers an innovative design enclosed in 316L
stainless steel. The
unique watch has this week launched via Kickstarter to raise the required
funds it needs to make the jump into production.
With still 28 days remaining on its campaign 90
backers have blasted the watch past its required funds halfway mark. Its
designer explains more about the features and inspiration behind the JW-EX
mechanical watch.
It may look ridiculous after infusing German’s
simple steampunk into the watch, but please look at the result: Such a unique
design! The straight lines bring steampunk a sense of futurism, a sense that
breaks through the frame of the current generation of watches. It would feel
like you’re wearing a robot from the future when you wear JW-EX on your wrist.”
