Pricing of the Asus
ZenFone 6 that's set to be unveiled on May 16 has leaked online. The 6GB/128GB
model of this smartphone will be priced TWD 19,990 (US$ 646/€ 578), whereas the
8GB/256GB version will cost TWD 23,990 (US$ 776/€ 693). The top-end variant, coming
with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, will carry a price tag of TWD 29,990
(US$ 970/€ 867).
Asus hasn't
divulged much about the ZenFone 6, but thanks to benchmark databases, we know
that this smartphone will come with Snapdragon 855 SoC, Android Pie, and a
display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.
Asus recently
shared a poster of the ZenFone 6 teasing a notchless screen. This implies that
the phone will come with a pop-up selfie camera, but chances are it might also
come with a dual-slider design. Or at least one of the phones in the family
will.
The ZenFone 6
passed through FCC last month revealing a dual camera setup at the back which
is said to include a 48MP sensor. The smartphone will also come with 18W fast
charging support, but the size of the battery it will ship with is currently
unknown.
