Oukitel’s product lineup consists of 4 Series and
the K Series is the one that offers very large battery capacity and super long
standby time. Earlier this month, the Chinese manufacturer announced the
world’s largest smartphone with 6000mAh battery and 7.2″ display, Oukitel K9.
Now, the company is announcing another member in the series, Oukitel K12 that
sports a 6.3″ FHD+ display and an enormous, 10000mAh battery with 5V/6A quick
charger.
Oukitel K12The K12 is an upgrade to the K10 and comes
with a larger display and more powerful SoC. The 6.3″ FHD+ display has a 19.5:9
aspect ratio to provide larger usable area while remaining easy to use with one
hand. Oukitel chose magnesium alloy for the frame and leather texture for the
back.
The 10000mAh built-in Li-polymer high-density
battery, the 12nm processed power saving processor, and the intelligent power
consumption management allow for more than 1-week use on a single charge. Also,
by providing a 5V/6A quick charger, recharging can be done quite quickly.
Previous 10K batteries would fully charge in 3-4 hours but the new quick
charger does the job in just 2 hours.
Besides large display and battery, the K12 also gets
6GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage. According to Oukitel, the K12
is going to hit the market by the end of May or early June but the price range
is yet unknown.
