PLDT Home launched an all-new Fam Cam, these are new
models of security cameras that has a new sleek design and improved security
coverage. FamCam is PLDT's answer to the demand for a home
monitoring system. It is now available
in two new models equipped with more advanced features in its visual coverage,
motion and sound detection, and HD footage.
The all-new Basic Fam Cam can now move to a
120-degree wide angle for better visual coverage. It also features night
vision, Bluetooth set-up, motion and sound detection, HD quality images and
mobile app support. It supports Amazon Alexa and Google Home technologies as
well.
The improved Advanced Fam Cam has all the features
of Basic and more. It has a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way
communication, a dedicated SD card slot and an 4x zoom capability. It also has
a 180-degree wide angle FOV.
All existing PLDT Home Fibr customers with Plan 1299
and above are eligible for the upgrade. The Basic Fam Cam is available for an
additional PHP 99 per month while the Advance Fam Cam goes for an additional
PHP 399 per month.
