Garmin has unveiled a new golf tracker in
the form of the Garmin Approach CT10 club sensor designed for automated golf
game tracking. If you have problems selecting the correct golf club while
playing and would like a little assistance then the Approach CT10 full set will
be available later this year priced at US$ 300. A starter pack is also available
priced at US$ 80.
The Approach CT10 club tracking sensors allow
golfers to track their game and see their improvement, both in real-time on
their watch and post-round review and analysis on their smartphones or tablets
using the Garmin Golf application.
Using the official Garmin smartphone application
that supports both Android and iOS devices “players can see how they are
improving in certain areas such as putting and chipping and the app will give
insights on which areas they should practice. The app allows players to compete
in weekly leaderboards, or even create their own private tournament and invite
fellow golfers to compete. Use the app for data comparison and see how you rank
among connections in areas such as drive distance and accuracy.
