Asus has unveiled a new addition to its range of
fanless laptops this week announcing the imminent launch of the Asus E406MA 14
inch Gemini Lake powered laptop which will be available in a variety of
finishes including Star Grey, Pearl White, and Iris Blue. Equipped with a
56WHrs rechargeable battery powered by an choice of processes including Celeron
N4000, Celeron N4100 and Pentium Silver N5000. The new laptop can be fitted
with a number of options including either two or 4 GB of RAM and 32, 64 or 128
GB of storage.
Users also have the ability to install either
Microsoft’s latest Windows 10 S or Windows 10 Home operating system. Other features include 2 x USB 3.0, HDMI, 3.5mm audio
connections, Micro SD Card Reader to expand storage further and a fingerprint
reader.
Unfortunately, no
information on pricing in the US or worldwide availability has been released as
yet by ASUS, but as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you
updated as always. Although some online stores do have the system listed priced
at CAD 399.
