Samsung recently launched the A6, A6+, and the
Galaxy J8 in India and later it re-branded the Galaxy J6 as the Samsung Galaxy
On6. Now the company is said to be working on the Galaxy J6+ model with a
Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 system-on-chip and this could come as the Galaxy On6+
in India.
The Samsung Galaxy J6+ comes with the model name
“j6plte,” and was first discovered by the XDA and the firmware files for the
“j6plte” correspond to a model named “Samsung J6-Plus LTE CIS SER.” According
to the leaked data, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy J6+ is said to sport the same
5.6-inches (1480×720) HD+ SUPER AMOLED display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. It
will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450.
In terms of camera, it will have dual-rear cameras
on the back and a single front selfie shooter. The phone is said to pack a
massive 4,350mAh battery, but then it is a speculation at the moment. The phone
will have a TFA9896 Audio Amp, a fingerprint sensor, and NFC. However, there is
no launch time-frame yet, so we will have to wait for Samsung to start teasing
the launch. It’s even possible that the device might not be launched at all.
