Fujifilm maintains their momentum from last month's
launch of the X-T100 with the announcement of an APS-C sized sensor in a
compact camera for PHP 28,990. It measures 113 x 64 x 41 mm which means it can fit in most pockets.
It is carrying a 24MP APS-C sized CMOS sensor with a Fujinon 18.5mm f/2.8 lens.
There is a 3-inch touch screen LCD at the back.
Beside it is a joystick for easy directional navigation. It also has the low-power
Bluetooth 4.1 for convenient connectivity. It is using the previous generation processor so
though it shoots 4K, it will probably shoot at 15fps like the X-A5 and X-T100. Other video shooting modes are 1080p, 720p -
59.94P/50P/24P/23.98.
The camera is powered by the battery previously
found in the earlier versions of the X100 series - NP-95 which is rated for 330
shots per charge. There are two colors: champagne gold and black.
In the box, you get the camera, AC-5VG AC adapter,
USB Cable, Hand Strap, Lens Cap and
Owner's Manual! It is priced at US$ 499.95 in the US. In the
Philippines the official local SRP is PHP 28,990.
