Hobbyists, makers and developers looking for an easy
way to connect sensors to the Internet and cloud services such as ThingSpeak,
io.adafruit, VegeCloud.com and others. May be interested in a new piece of
hardware called VegeHub which has been created to make the process of
connecting sensors and monitoring data remotely as easy as possible.
Once setup the system is capable of sending text or
email alerts to your mailbox, notifying you when you’re plants need watering
via a text or tweet, remote monitoring of your soil moisture and temperature as
well as monitoring water tank levels for livestock are just a few examples.
The VegeHub is now available to back via Kickstarter
with earlybird pledges available from US$ 49 or £ 36.
