Micron has created a new range of Edge Storage
MicroSDXC Cards which have been specifically created for surveillance
applications and offer surveillance-grade edge storage built on Micron’s
industry-leading 64-layer 3D TLC NAND technology. Available in 256GB, 128GB,
64GB, and 32GB capacities the new Edge Storage MicroSDXC cards are now available
offering 128GB and 256GB capacities and are capable of providing at least three
years of high quality continuous, 24×7 video recording in a wide range of
temperatures and environments says Micron.
The 128GB capacity microSD card is priced at US$ 59
while the 256 GB hard is priced at US$ 119.
