Huawei launches a new smartphone with a 5.7-inch HD+
FullVew display and some cool audio features – the Huawei Y6 2018. Its
loudspeaker can go as loud as 88 decibels which the company claims as louder
than an average phone. There’s also Huawei Histen audio effects as well a
Karaoke mode that will be available through a software update.
The Huawei Y6 2018 is equipped with a 13 Megapixel
rear camera with an LED flash. There’s also a 5 Megapixel front camera paired
with a ‘Selfie Toning Flash’ which means it has variable brightness. For
security, the device employs a rear mounted fingerprint sensor as well as Face
Recognition technology which is said to be powered by an A.I. algorithm.
The Huawei Y6 2018 runs on a 1.4GHz quad core
Snapdragon 425 processor with 2GB of RAM and Android Oreo based EMUI 8.0
software. It’s a dual SIM smartphone with 4G LTE connectivity and can connect
to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. The SIM slots are separate from the
microSD card slot that accepts up to 256GB memory cards.
A 3000mAh powers the device while its built-in
storage is 16GB.
