With the arrival of the early 8th Gen Intel Core
processors together with the high-end Z370 platform showed us increased
horsepower especially for those who do more with their PCs. There is an
impending arrival of the Intel 8th Gen Coffee Lake processors and ASUS
announces their H370, B360, and H310 motherboards that will work seamlessly
with the new processors.
ASUS has developed different lineup across their ROG
Strix, TUF Gaming, and Prime lines. Although these platforms come from
different ASUS motherboard family, they are said to be all the same coming from
the ASUS DNA.
These motherboards have the UEFI BIOS feature that
lets users easily dial-in their rigs. It has now also a search option that lets
users quickly find and modify specific settings. The configuration profiles can
now also be shared with others and despite with an update, the firmware retains
it. ASUS boasts of the better cooling for gaming of their H370, B360, and H310
motherboards that adjusts the speed of system fans based on the GPU temperature
of select ASUS and ROG graphic cards.
The H370 and B360 change the game by going beyond
their Z370 predecessor. These platforms are not only integrated with USB 3.1
Gen 2 support for next-gen peripherals only, buts also optional 802.It also
retains support for Intel Optane Memory that uses ultrafast storage to reduce
load times for the mechanical storage commonly found in entry-level machines.
The latest range of ASUS platforms include the
next-generation Republic of Gamers (ROG) Strix motherboards with all the
enhancements ASUS has to offer. Meanwhile, the ASUS Prime series caters to the
content creation and everyday productivity audience.
The ASUS TUF Gaming features a new breed of gaming
