Musicians and DJs in the market for a new drum
machine might be interested to know that Roland has announced this week the
imminent availability of its new flagship Roland TR-8S drum machine. The new
TR-8S offers users access to sound libraries from its five classic machines the
808, 606, 909, 707, and 727. All provided sounds are yours and ready at the touch
of a finger to use in your own productions and performances, says Roland.
The performance-tuned TR-8S combines stereo sample
playback with iconic Roland TR- drum sounds and “deep editing parameters”
enabling users to construct their dream drum kits. The latest drum machine from
Roland includes a new sequencer, motion-recording, and increased variations,
effects, and outputs. “Born of the most famous and influential drum machines
ever made, the TR-8S combines the best of its Roland heritage with modern
production techniques and professional sound design”.
