Priced at US$ 249, Google Clips can be shipped for free
within the US, although not before March 2. Even if you choose expedited
delivery at check out (for an extra US$ 17.99), it looks like Google can't ship
the camera before February 28.
While it has a button that lets you take photos
manually, the strength of Google Clips lies in the fact that, thanks to
built-in artificial intelligence, it can shoot photos and clips automatically -
by detecting faces, smiles, or simply well framed scenes. The camera doesn't
necessarily need an Internet connection to record images. It has 16 GB of
internal memory, and you can transfer content to your phone both via cable, and
wirelessly.
