We have been hearing rumors for some time about a
second generation iPhone SE. The first generation iPhone SE launched in March
of 2016. Apple are apparently getting ready to launch a new version of the
budget iPhone.
The updated iPhone SE will apparently launch in the
first half of 2018, the handset will get a number of upgrades over the current
device.
The design of the handset is expected to stay the
same as the current device, but it will apparently get a new processor and more
RAM. The rice of the handset is expected to remain the same, pricing for the
device starts at US$ 349.
This is considerably lower than Apple’s top model
the iPhone X which starts at US$ 999. We are expecting to see a number of other
new iPhones from Apple this year, although these will not arrive until much
later in the year. As soon a we get some more details about the new iPhone SE,
including a launch date for the handset, we will let you guys know.
