Mobile carriers EE has announced the launch of a new
Android smartphone, the EE Hawk. The device is designed to be a budget 4G
smartphone and it comes with a 5 inch display that features a HD resolution of
1280 x 720 pixels.
The EE Hawk is powered by a MediaTek 1.5GHz octa
core processor and it comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of included storage. If
you need some extra storage there is also a microSD card slot for expansion.
The handset comes with a fingerprint scanner and it
features front and rear cameras. On the front of the device there is an 8
megapixel camera for Selfies and on the back there is a 13 megapixel camera for
photos and videos.
The EE Hawk comes with a 2500 mAh battery and it
features Android 7.1 Nougat. The device has 4G LTE and according to EE it will
give you download speeds of up to 300Mbps. EE are offering their new Hawk
smartphone on their range of monthly contracts and also on PAYG. the device
will cost £ 149.99 on PAYG with a £10 top up. If you want it on one of their monthly
contracts its will be available for £ 14.99 a month. The handset will go on sale
this Friday the 1st of December.
