Remember the Cat S31 smartphone that was unveiled by
the company at this year's IFA conference? Well, the device is now available
for purchase in the United States. It's listed on the company's official
website carrying a US$ 330 price tag.
For that, you get a device that packs in a 4,000mAh
battery, is waterproof (rated to survive under up to 1.2m for 35 minutes), and
also comes with MIL-SPEC 810G rating, meaning it can take a 1.8m fall onto
concrete and survive.
Other major specs include a 4.7” 720p screen that
works with wet or gloved fingers and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Memory
configuration is 2GB/16GB and OS is Android Nougat. The handset features an 8MP
rear camera and a 2MP front shooter.
