The new iMac Pro is Apple’s most powerful iMac to
date, the computer was made official at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference
earlier in the year. Apple are launching their new iMac in December and now
some photos of the device have been released.
Apple recently showed off their new iMac at the FCPX
creative Summit in Cueprtino and a number of photos of the device have appeared
online. The device will come with some impressive specifications when it
launches.
The new iMac Pro comes with a 5K Retina display that
measures 27 inches, it is powered by a range of processors. These include an 8
core, 10 core or 18 core Xeon processor and you can choose up to 128GB of RAM
and up to 4TB of solid state storage. There is also a choice or high end
graphics including a Radeon Pro Vega with 8GB of 16GB of RAM.
Prices for the new iMac Pro start at US$ 4,999, Apple
has not revealed how much the top 18 core model will cost, although we suspect
it could come with a hefty premium. The new iMac Pro will go on sale in
December, as soon as we get some more details about pricing of all the models,
we will let you guys know.
