Video resolution is probably one of the most
important deciding factors when purchasing a dashcam. That’s because if video
quality isn’t good enough, you might not be able to use your footage in the
case of an accident and prove you’re not at fault, or you can’t perfectly read
the car’s plate.
I think we can all agree that a good dash cam needs
a relatively high resolution and clear video. Apparently, Azdome knows it and
that’s why their latest Azdome GS63H comes with ultra HD video recording
capability.
So, getting more into the camera specifics, we learn
that the Azdome GS63H can shoot videos at 4k resolution, which is quite high in
the current dash cam market. Down below you can have a look at a video sample
recorded on the GS63H.
Other than the high resolution image sensor, the
Azdome GS63H is also equipped with a powerful Novatek96660 chipset, built-in
GPS and WiFi modules, a 150° ultra wide angle lens, a 2.4-inch compact LCD.
Overall a good mix of specs which paired with the 4K video capability make it a
really interesting option.
The company still hasn’t revealed GS63H’s full
specifications sheet yet, so that’s as much as we get to know for now. More
info can be found on Azdome’s official website when available.
