After being unveiled last month the new ASRock X10
AC1300 Internet of Things router is now available to purchase priced at US$ 140.
Enabling both Android and iOS users to use special companion applications to
control and read data from IoT hardware using a 250 Kbit/s channel.
The X10 AC1300 IoT router is based on an unnamed SoC
from Qualcomm featuring four ARM Cortex-A7 general-purpose cores offering both
wireless connectivity over 2.4 GHz (400 Mbps) as well as 5 GHz (867 Mbps)
bands.
Equipped with two 5 dBi high gain antennas the
router can connect to 4 devices simultaneously and offers 1 x GbE WAN port, 4 x
GbE LAN ports, 1 x USB 2.0 port for storage devices and 1 x USB 3.0 port. Other
features include :
- 11ac WiFi Router combines universal IoT HUB (2.4G/5GHz WiFi, Zigbee, Infrared)
- Single APP to manager multiple X10, multiple sensors & Philips HUE with cross control. (If-Then Rules, Scenes can be defined by user)
- Containing 3 different Cloud services (P2P with AES128 Encryption, IoT, Infrared support list database)
- Transnational Remote Control which can provide more flexible and convenience user experience. (IoT control, Storage upload/download)
